  • Investigate, evaluate, and implement metal powder processing technologies and test methods
  • Operate and maintain pilot lab and analytical lab equipment
  • Lead production scale-up activities of new or modified products or processes
  • Stay up-to-date with current metal powder processing technologies and applications
  • Investigate new business opportunities and marketing of metal powder products with Sales.
  • Responsible for product transfer from other group companies to Toyal America, Inc.
  • Initiate and maintain product Technical Data Sheets and Specifications.
  • Responsible for formulation control – reviewing and approving new formulations and any formulation changes.
  • Travel to Toyal’s customers and group companies as needed to support sales, to co-work on projects and to participate in technology exchange.  

 

Job Requirements:

 The minimum requirement for this position is:

 Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or Metallurgic Engineering and a minimum of 5 years metal powder industry experience.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills  
  • Must be able to effectively interact with all departments and levels of the organization including Technical, Production, Maintenance, Quality, Engineering, management, and customers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.  Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.

The role
Superior Environmental Solutions (SES) is looking for a safety focused Hazmat CDL Driver to join our dynamic team at the Cincinnati, OH operation.
 What you will be doing
Key responsibilities and functions may include, but are not limited to:

  • Ensure that Safety is the first priority by complying with all safe work practices, rules, regulations, and safety polices as set forth by the company and the customer.
  • Drive and operate all CDL required equipment in a safe and professional manner, which includes Roll-Off Trucks, Flat Bed Trucks, Vacuum Trucks, and Service Trucks; Perform Pre/Post Trip inspections on units.
  • Properly document all Company, Federal, State, and Customer documentation/paperwork as required by law and or established policy in a clear and legible manner.
  • Ability to operate high-pressured water-blaster and vacuum equipment.
  • Perform Field Technician duties as required (i.e. shoveling, tank cleaning)

Skills/Qualifications

  • Must have experience driving at least a manual 10 speed transmission or higher.

 What we are looking for
Essential Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of diesel mechanic hands-on repair and maintenance experience in trucking and or industrial equipment.
  • Must have their own set of basic hand tools.
  • Class “A” or “B” CDL License preferred but not required.
