Resources Department. The successful candidate must have strong written and verbal

environment. Responsibilities: Functional lead in all human resources information system
(HRIS) related issues. Coordinates, oversees and implements special projects for the human
resources information system (HRIS). Analyzes business processes, identifies alternatives,
assesses costs vs. benefits, recommends and implements appropriate solutions. Acts as the
functional specialist in numerous HR areas to include payroll, FMLA, budget and finance. Act
as the HRIS training administrator. Responsible for processing a minimum of four payrolls
during the year, as well as processing payroll in the absence of the payroll coordinator.
Responsible for overseeing HRIS security. Develop and administer train-the-trainer program for
HRIS end user and self-service applications. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business
administration, personnel management, or a related field of study; or an equivalent combination
of work experience and formal education. Five years experience in HRIS/payroll systems with a
focus on HRIS applications. Must also be familiar in developing ad hoc reports using a report
writer and query tools. Must have entry-level programming experience in Query/SQL. Five
years working knowledge of complex automated payroll system and accounting and record
keeping experience, and two years experience with state and federal tax reporting procedures, or
equivalent levels of experience. No City residency requirement. Must successfully pass a
background check, drug screen, and physical. 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m., Mon.-Fri.

Alpine is an environmental drilling service that offers in-situ injections.  Our work uses Direct Push Technology for continuous soil sampling, discrete groundwater sampling, soil vapor sampling and well installations using direct push rigs.  We also have a CME rig which provides Auger Services, doing Soil Sampling, Split Spoon Sampling, Shelby Tube Sampling and CME Continuous Sampling and Monitoring Well Installation. 

We are looking for someone that will complement our team, that shows a desire to learn, has a solid work ethic and will be able to travel not only within Colorado but to other states as the jobs require. 

All of Alpine’s staff are HAZWOPER, Safeland USA, and CPR/First Aid certified.  If you do not already have these requirements, Alpine provides paid time to complete all required certifications. 

All employees are required pass a background check, have a clean MVR (no DUIs) and must be able to pass a DOT regulated drug test.  Each employee will need to be able to pass a DOT and HAZMAT physical as well. 

The driller role is a manual labor role, it requires a person who is not afraid to work hard and get dirty.  The workday can be up to 10-12 hours long and will at times require weekend work.  You will need to be able to lift 50 – 100 pounds frequently through the workday. 

An ideal applicant would have a Commercial Driving License, class B at least, or would be willing to get a CDL license once hired. 

Alpine has a standard introductory period for all employees which is the first 90 days of employment.  During this time, you will be able to determine if your new job is suitable for you and your supervisor will have an opportunity to evaluate your work performance.

 

The nature of our work may require the use chemicals (e.g. remediation products, cleaning compounds, etc.) in its operations. You will receive training and become familiar with the handling, use, storage and control measures relating to these substances if you will use or likely be exposed to them. Safety Data Sheets (SDSs) are available for inspection in your work area. You will be required to follow all labeling requirements.

CCMS is looking for an experienced Psychiatric Technician – Psychometrist to work in the Neuropsychological Assessment Division, Department of Psychology, and Behavioral Health Directorate at the Walter Reed National Military Medical Center in support of the Neuropsychology Service. The position is full time with a full benefits package.

Services will normally be required Monday through Friday between the hours of 0645 and 1700 for an 8.5 hour shift which includes an uncompensated .5-hour meal break. Services will not normally be required on the day of observance of Federal holidays.

Qualifications:

  • Possess a current certification as a Specialist in Psychometry by the Board of Certified Psychometrists, OR
  • Possess a current certification as a Psychiatric Technician by the American Association of Psychiatric Technicians, OR
  • Possess a certification received from military training as a Psychiatric Technician, OR

Specific Task/Responsibilities:

  • Administer and score objective psychological, neuropsychological, personality, cognitive, intelligence, effort, and academic tests.

  • Provide support and encouragement to uncooperative, inattentive, or antagonistic patients to complete the testing protocol.
  • Identify significant behavioral patterns and convey diagnostic impressions based on test behavior and results with professionals.

  • Make preliminary interpretations of the data, including validity of test results and review protocols for initial risk factor elevations and inform attending Clinical Psychologist or Chief about potential patterns of responses which fall into the category of danger to self/danger to others.
  • Score test protocols accurately and promptly, utilizing objective criteria and technical judgment. Enter all test data into a database and prepare a summary of the results. Contribute to the clinical formulation of the assessment/treatment agenda, based on behavioral observation, test battery data, and assessment of motivation, cooperation, strengths, and weaknesses.
  • Utilize therapeutic assessment and interview skills to illicit accurate and concise accounts of the patient’s condition. Document patient care using proper terminology IAW clinic policy. May assist attending Clinical Psychologist in the development of a comprehensive diagnostic report by writing back-ground section of report following a thorough chart review.
  • May assist in the acquisition and management of testing equipment and supplies. Maintain the security and inventory of psychological testing materials (including notebook computers, assessment manuals and response booklets, and both electronic and physical patient data). May assist in ordering of supplies and inventory of neuropsychology instruments.
  • Obtain sufficient information from the patient presenting for care in order to describe the patient’s current mental status. Transcribe that information and behavioral observations into Word or AHLTA documents. Present information obtained to the attending Clinical Psychologist, privileged providers, and trainees.
  • Complete and submit work in a timely manner IAW clinic SOPs.

  • Manage a team of 5-6 employees
  • Support supervisor and manager by managing and distributing work to all different areas of the department.
  • Assists supervisor and manager to review, prioritize, and organize all orders to be picked and/or shipping during shift.
  • Assists with inventory activities.
  • Maintains a working knowledge of all operating systems pertaining to the work area.
  • Supports lean manufacturing by maintaining a clean and organized department, per 5S audits and requirements.
  • Maintains departmental visual boards to plan, organize and schedule work to meet assigned departmental schedules and productivity goals.
  • Interfaces with others in the organization to ensure customer due dates are met.
  • Support supervisor and manager to enforce all company’s policies throughout the department.
  • Supports supervisor and manager to analyze and resolve work problems. Assists workers in resolving work problems.
  • Report any incidents to supervisor o manager and submit incident reports to Human Resources in a timely manner.
  • Addresses employee inquiries to Human Resources as needed.
  • Support supervisor and manager in conducting safety trainings according to company’s policies.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

 

Qualifications

  • Strong inventory control skills.
  • Knowledge of warehouse operations best practices.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, communication and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage priorities and workflow
  • Basic computer skills including electronic mail, word processing, spreadsheet, etc.
  • Bilingual in Spanish skills a plus.
  • Experience is manufacturing is a plus.
