Behavioral Solutions is seeking a military veteran to take charge in opening our new office in Quantico, Va.  This office will be geared to provide treatment services to active duty military personnel, their families and also to veterans who reside near the base.   This office will provide Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation(TMS) services to patients who suffer from depression, anxiety and ptsd.  TMS is a FDA approved procedure which is a non-medication treatment alternative to patients who are not getting relief from their symptoms from medications.  Ideal candidate is a caring individual who would enjoy helping patients find relief from their symptoms of depression and anxiety. Coordinator will be trained to serve as in-house expert for this innovative treatment procedure which helps patients who have not responded to medication.  The primary purpose of this position is to educate patients that there is an effective medical treatment option which provides relief to patients who are suffering from depression and anxiety. The Coordinator will be responsible for scheduling, front desk activities, patient consultations and patient/customer relations. In addition, Coordinator will work with patients to discuss their treatment payment responsibilities. In most instances, Tricare, Medicare and commercial insurance will cover the treatment plan costs. Ideal Coordinator candidate will be energetic, a “self starter”, and empathetic with patients suffering from anxiety and depression.

Minimum Requirements :

The qualified candidate must have a High School diploma or equivalent. Associates or Bachelors Degree preferred. Experience in healthcare, customer service and/or hospitality preferred.  Veteran preferred.

Background check will be a requirement for employment.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $45000 plus benefits
