About the Position:
- Respond to customer inquiries both by phone and email
- Work directly with both national and international customers
- Provide sales quotes and generate customer orders while proactively promoting company products
- Troubleshoot customer concerns, backorders, and product returns
Qualifications:
- Solid foundation in Customer Service including verbal, written and presentation communication
- Independent, self-motivated, reliable, organized, empathetic, passionate, and a team player
- Superior interpersonal and customer relationship skills
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook and Excel
- High School Diploma
- Bilingual is preferred
