LOOs2U/Brown’s Septic Pumping is a start-up company with an immediate part-time opening for up to 20 hours weekly morphing into full-time for qualified candidates. This requires physical capabilities of lifting 25+ pounds and maneuvering various weights up to 125 pounds. Starting pay is $15 per hour with time and performance increases up to $30 per hour. Applicants must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and be able to pass a drug screening.
Being able to drive a 5-speed High/Low transmission truck is mandatory for the highest potential of this position. Being familiar with septic pumping equipment, including PTOs, and successfully able to tow a utility trailer are highly desirable, as is the ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic equipment or job problems.
Duties include locating, digging, and pumping out septic tanks using truck-mounted pumping equipment and discharging at specific septage facilities.
Additional or alternate responsibilities shall include servicing of portable sanitation units i.e., placing units at specific sites, stocking supplies, filling holding tank prior to client usage, maintenance cleaning and stocking on continual onsite contract units including pumping septage and cleaning units prior to return to the yard for storage, and recovering units to storage.
Daily log recording is necessary. The ideal candidate should have excellent interpersonal communication and people skills, be reliable, dependable, honest and trustworthy.
Experience is preferred but not required.
