Finish Blade
Requirements
- Ability to blueprints and thoroughly understand materials and proper handling of materials.
- Operates blade to regulate elevation and angle of slopes.
- Operates blade with laser leveling equipment.
- Runs, maneuvers, navigates, or drives equipment.
- Determines tools and equipment needed to do a job.
- Repairs and maintains equipment.
- Reads and interprets engineering drawings and specifications.
- Ability to process, compact, & grade to +/- .10’?
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years experience operating on major commercial and/or heavy highway projects.
- GPS knowledge preferred.
- Knowledge to understand plans & survey.
- Must be organized and a self starter.
- Good communication skills are required and an ability to focus on tasks at hand.
