About the Job
Day in the Life: A Floor Installer is a hardworking, hungry, ambitious professional. You will play a HUGE part in OX Floors success. You are the Superstars of the company! Your job is to professionally install the floor coating on concrete garage floors, pool decks, outdoor patios, and other similar flooring areas.
What will you be doing?
-Install Polyaspartic floor coating at customer’s contracted location, mainly residential
-Responsible for using company issued installation tools/machines to properly install flooring
-Develop a genuine warm and polite rapport and conversation with the customer to facilitate the install
-Ability to drive the company vehicles/trucks per company standards and policies.
-Adhere to Safety rules and policies at all times
-Commitment to an outstanding customer service experience from beginning to end!
What are we looking for?
-Experience with floor coatings such as, but not limited to, Epoxy, Polyaspartic, Hybrid Blends (very helpful)
-Must be trainable
-Attention to detail
-Knowledge of measuring and mixing ingredients
-Excellent communication and organizational skills
-Driven and collaborative approach
-Some proficiency using computer software i.e. E-mail, BambooHR
-Must possess a valid driver’s license
-Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship from employer
-Must have satisfactory background check, drug test, and driving record results
How much will you be paid?
$18-20 an hour!I

What’s the work schedule?
- 8am – 10 hour shift
- Monday through Saturday
- Overtime pay eligible
