Hi volume Tavern with scratch made menu seeks kitchen professional to lead our BOH Team.
This individual should have a passion for cooking, leading by example and mentoring young staff to excel. This is NOT a typical churn and burn position. Our leader will work 40-42 hours per week (with 2 consecutive scheduled days off per week) during our regular season and will work 30 hours (Friday – Sunday) during our off peak months of January – March. Paid personal time, free meals,bonus opportunities all in a fun, fast paced environment.
We have plans to expand with a new breakfast/brunch concept with multiple locations. Our vision is for this leader to grow into someone who leads our culinary program across all of our restaurant concepts.
7-10 years of kitchen leadership experience is preferred. Knowledge of food and labor cost management, Health Department requirements and adherence as well as a strong ability to mentor and lead staff.
This is a full time, salaried position.
