Stinson LLP is seeking a highly motivated Associate attorney with a minimum of three years of litigation experience to join our Jefferson City office.
Qualifications Required: The candidate must have a Juris Doctor and active Missouri attorney license. Qualified candidates must have at least three years of litigation experience. Exceptional academic performance and excellent research, writing and analytical skills are required.
- Significant responsibility for drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs is required;
- Proficiency handling e-discovery and fact development;
- The confidence to tackle complex factual, legal, and procedural issues with foresight; and
- The ability to be strategic and analytical.
