We are looking for an experienced professional to join our Loan Support Team! As Loan Support Manager, you would be responsible for overall loan operations management and oversight of our loan support staff. This position is full time, 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday.

What we prefer:

  • At least 10 years of current and progressive experience within the function area
  • Demonstrated ability to digest complex issues and develop creative solutions
  • Proficiency with loan software applications (iCore, LaserPro)
  • Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office products
  • Excellent organizational skills with a detail-oriented focus


What your job looks like:

  • You will be responsible for building and retaining a high-performing loan support team, ensuring department meets organizational goals
  • Travel between Oregon Pacific Bank branches and locations as needed
  • Supervise all aspects of loan support, including processing, servicing, accounting and reporting functions
  • Design and administer processes and procedures, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all State and Federal Banking Regulations
  • Work with system software providers to utilize application to their fullest capacity
  • Promote efficient and correct workflow, while establishing positive working relationships across the organization
