Job Overview:
Responsible for coordinating and performing – Installation and repairs of machines, tools, and equipment; Preventive Maintenance, Maintenance of buildings, grounds, and utility systems of manufacturing plant(s); Maintaining a safe, high quality and productive work environment; Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Education & Competencies:
- 3-5 years related experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Hydraulics, mechanical, electrical (3 Phase), electronic controls, carpentry (fundamentals), welding and oxy-acetylene cutting torch
- Experience with maintenance & repair of vehicles, fabrication machines, computerized saws, HVAC systems, and maintenance of fire sprinkler systems
Knowledgeable of emergency fire procedures and outside contractor services
