Our team provides comprehensive communications services to support our federal client’s vision that all people should be able to live independently and participate fully in their communities. We seek a new team member to support to our project team through various coordination, creative, and organizational tasks.
Requirements
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage task board maintenance and reporting
- Attend internal and client meetings and capture notes
- Maintain the project knowledge and file libraries
- Collaborate with the project team to develop campaign materials
- Edit and format a range of materials, including emails, flyers, and web content
- Attend events/training sessions and compile highlights
- Co-facilitate internal meetings and brainstorming sessions
Minimum Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in communications or a related field and 4+ years of relevant experience.
Qualifications:
- Excellent written and oral communications skills
- Strong notetaking skills, capturing complex information with clear, concise notes
- Keen attention to detail, identifying and correcting errors
- Exceptional organizational skills, applied to tasks and products
- Proficiency in MS Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to self-direct and prioritize multiple tasks
- Comfortable in a fully remote environment
Preferred Experience:
- Government contracting
- Aging and/or disability knowledge
