We are currently looking for a full-time Assistant Property Manager for our San Jose location.
A day in the life of an Assistant Property Manager includes:
Providing superior service to our customers in person, online and over the telephone. This position is responsible for showing & renting units to new tenants, completing all required paperwork, and following up with any pending questions or issues our tenants may have. The fun thing about this job is that it is different every day, it is a great mixture of office work, walking the grounds of our facility, and interacting with our great tenants. The ideal candidate for this position must be great with customers, enthusiastic, highly motivated and have previous customer service experience. They must also be willing and able to perform routine janitorial duties as required.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS POSITION, WE ARE LOOKING FOR APPLICANTS THAT MEET THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA:
- Available for a full time schedule (5 days a week). All positions require weekend work.
- Excellent customer service skills in-person and on the telephone
- 1-2 years of retail/customer service experience preferred
- Must be willing and able to perform routine janitorial duties
- Sit, Stand & Walk regularly throughout the work day.
- Able to work independently & with minimal supervision
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be detail oriented, have great organizational & multi-tasking skills
- Computer literate w/ basic proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Must be able to drive on behalf of the company. This includes having a valid CA Driver’s License, reliable transportation, car insurance & clean DMV record
- Must be able to successfully pass alcohol/drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bi-lingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
