Structural/Misc. Steel Fabricator Job Description
The Fabricators Job description will require the following:
- Overhead Crane Experience
- Use of Mig Welder
- Use of Plasma Handheld
- Use of Small Tools- (Grinder, Level, Speed Square, etc.)
- The Ability to Work in a TEAM environment
Applicable skills necessary for this position:
- Understands How To Read Blue- Prints
- Understanding of D1.1 Welding Code (specifically weld symbols)
- Layout Per Blue- Print
- Some lifting is involved
- Rigging experience
Note: Some carpentry skills seem to help with these positions. Most of the items listed above can be trained and learned while on the job. We do offer partial compensation for Health Care, Dental, and Vision insurance. Bonuses are also offered based on the company’s annual performance.
