W2 Support Team Roadie Support

(Temporary Position)

FLSA Status:  Non Exempt

Amount of Travel Required:  0

Reports To:  Assistant Mgr. Roadie Support

Work Schedule:  (Monday – Friday) 11:00am – 4:00pm

                                                                  3:30pm – 7:30pm

                               (Saturday)                10:00am – 3:00pm



W2 Support Team will assist Roadie Support on a temporary basis (January 2, 2018 – March 17, 2018) during W2 season. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.  A W2 Support Representative must have good customer service skills, be able to analyze an incoming issue or question and follow through to resolution. A W2 Support Representative is able to assist the customer in a clear and effective manner over the phone and via email. They are able to record detailed accounts of actions taken to resolve an issue.

  • Answer support phone calls at a high volume rate
  • Use service desk software to log calls
  • Assist employees and former employees with W2 retrieval

Education: High School Graduate or GED equivalent

Experience: Previous customer service or call center experience preferred Computer Skills:  Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
